Without spoiling anything, there's some interesting ways you interact with each other, despite being in different "versions" of the same place, and we thought the level of puzzles, story, and combat were very well balanced (about equal parts each). As for the story itself, we also thought it was pretty good.. Beware: this scenario does NOT scale well with 3 players. I suspect it does not play well with 5 either.The idea is good, the execution was a bit disappointing. We were 3 and had, at first, way too many things to research, then suddenly a big fight appeared and after two turns the game was over. I still recommend this DLC for the idea, but the rhythm was off. Hopefully that can be fixed by playing with 2 or 4 players.
